Who we are

This site is operated by Jeny Menacho, doing business as JM Insurance, an independent health and life insurance advisor based in Miami, Florida. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us at services@jm-insurance.net or on WhatsApp.

What information we collect

We only collect information when you choose to share it with us, through:

• The contact form: your name, an email or phone number, and the optional message you write.
• The voice assistant (Alex): the transcript of your conversation, and the details you share during the call, such as your name, your WhatsApp number with area code, the state you live in, and your preferred callback time.
• Basic site usage: standard technical information from any web visit (browser, device), needed for the page to work correctly.

How we use your information

We use your information solely so Jeny can contact you, understand your situation before the call, and give you a relevant free consultation. We don't use your information for targeted advertising or for any purpose other than the one that led you to contact us.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data to third parties. We share the minimum information necessary only with the technical providers that make the service possible:

• The voice technology provider that processes the call with Alex (Retell AI and its LiveKit audio infrastructure), solely to enable the conversation.
• Our hosting provider, to host the site.

None of these providers may use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry, and delete it once it no longer serves a purpose, or sooner if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. To exercise any of these rights, email us at services@jm-insurance.net.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or system is 100% secure. Please never share credit card numbers, passwords, or your Social Security number through the contact form or with the voice assistant — we never ask for them and never need them.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this same page with the corresponding update date.
